tighten seatbelts, it's a bumpy ride...
The last few weeks have been most unnerving. The department that I work for, is beeing reorganised. It is not new to me, it is about the 12th time I witnessed a major change in the organisation. People who Ii've worked with for over 7 years, are leaving the company.
Others try to obtain new positions. The trick is to stay onboard. Especially at my dangerous age.
You are made redundant, your economical value is fading over forty, unless you pocess unique qualificatiosn. Still I will be incorporated in another, next to kin, department.
My expertise of design will still be valued. As from the first of may (estimation) I will proceed as a consultant of logistic issues concerning information logistics , and more specific: the importance of design and the role it plays in transferring information in workflowprocesses.
