tighten seatbelts, it's a bumpy ride...

The last few weeks have been most unnerving. The department that I work for, is beeing reorganised. It is not new to me, it is about the 12th time I witnessed a major change in the organisation. People who Ii've worked with for over 7 years, are leaving the company.
Others try to obtain new positions. The trick is to stay onboard. Especially at my dangerous age.
You are made redundant, your economical value is fading over forty, unless you pocess unique qualificatiosn. Still I will be incorporated in another, next to kin, department.
My expertise of design will still be valued. As from the first of may (estimation) I will proceed as a consultant of logistic issues concerning information logistics , and more specific: the importance of design and the role it plays in transferring information in workflowprocesses.
We'll see...

what can one ask more?

let it snow, let it snow
Yes, I've been away awhile. Off seeing the mountains of Swiss. After a 10 hour drive
Jurr and I arrived in Swiss. We stayed for 7 days in winterwonderland.
And we skied every day. The last day from 09.30 till 05.00 oclock.
We've encountered all kinds of weather: sun, (2 days) storm (1 day) greyweather (2 days) and snowy the rest of the week. It was blissful, healing and astonishing aswell
what can a man ask for more..
Do you have an plans for a short winterholiday break?
